Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business-System Analyst.
- Demonstrated experience in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and Camunda (7/8).
- Experience with microservices and system integrations.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and event-driven architectures (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Experience with UML, sequence diagrams, and process diagrams.
- Understanding of observability concepts such as logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting.
- Knowledge of security fundamentals including OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, RBAC, and audit logging.
- Agile/Scrum experience and strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Level of English: Intermediate+ or higher.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
- Model and optimize business processes using BPMN and Camunda.
- Define solution designs, integration requirements, APIs, events, and data flows.
- Collaborate with business, architects, developers, DevOps, and security teams.
- Define observability requirements including monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and SLA/SLO.
- Gather and document security requirements including authentication, authorization, auditing, and compliance controls.
- Support Agile delivery, backlog refinement, testing, and production readiness activities.
