Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO (GL, AP/AR, AA, CO) in SAP S4H Private Cloud.
- Solid knowledge of SAP REFX.
- Understanding of integration points with modules like MM, SD, and Subscription Billing.
- Proven experience designing RICEFW items and interface design in SAP Integration Suites (CPI, BTP).
- Solid Accounting background (IFRS and HGB).
- Experience steering or quality-gating external consultants and system integrators.
- Experience in full-cycle implementations or major roll-outs.
- Experience in product development and Agile methodologies.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical escalation point for the financial core.
- Own solution design and system architecture for the finance platform, including build-vs-configure decisions.
- Lead FICO workstreams in SAP transformation and quality-gate deliverables from external partners.
- Monitor and improve existing financial workflows to align with SAP Global Standards and Clean Core principles.
- Mentor and grow FICO consultants through code reviews and creation of best practices.
- Support the design of integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Proactively identify configuration or automation opportunities.
