Requirements
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in requirement analysis, modeling, and documentation techniques such as BRD, FSD, user stories, and data flow diagrams.
- Proficiency with wireframing and workflow tools like Balsamiq, Lucidchart, MS Visio, or UML.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience working with JIRA.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as a transition lead.
- Knowledge of AI-based projects and AI concepts.
Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between the client’s business organization and software delivery teams.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives or system enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user manuals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of projects.
- Perform data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and drive business insights.
- Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Participate in testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
