Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a full-stack engineer or software developer.
- Proven track record of preparing and executing production deployments.
- Proficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure including Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, REST API, and MCP.
- Ability to effectively utilize generative AI tools like Claude in daily development.
- Excellent command of English (C1) and ability to navigate professional communication with US corporate clients.
- Communicative command of Polish (C1) for internal team collaboration.
- Strong ability to bridge the gap between technology and business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Transform prototypes and drafts into production-ready, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Work directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Configure environments, perform deployments, and maintain solutions in AWS.
- Design and develop integrations between systems using REST API and MCP.
- Utilize modern AI tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate development workflows.
