Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product sales, technical account management, or related industries.
  • Experience in utilities, manufacturing, or infrastructure solutions preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with end-users and drive technical solutions.
  • Ability to understand operational needs and supply chain challenges of target companies.
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
  • Skill in researching target companies through electronic and direct inquiries.
  • Ability to travel 70-80% within the Eastern region.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities to achieve business aims.
  • Maintain and develop new and existing customer relationships.
  • Manage customer contacts and update information in sales tools.
  • Execute local marketing activities and integrate sales efforts with promotional events.
  • Analyze sales processes, financial offers, contract terms, and supply chain challenges.
  • Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Monitor market and competitor activities and provide relevant reporting.
  • Negotiate and liaise internally and externally to build profitable, sustainable relationships.
  • Attend and present at customer and company meetings.
