Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product sales, technical account management, or related industries.
- Experience in utilities, manufacturing, or infrastructure solutions preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with end-users and drive technical solutions.
- Ability to understand operational needs and supply chain challenges of target companies.
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Skill in researching target companies through electronic and direct inquiries.
- Ability to travel 70-80% within the Eastern region.
Responsibilities
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities to achieve business aims.
- Maintain and develop new and existing customer relationships.
- Manage customer contacts and update information in sales tools.
- Execute local marketing activities and integrate sales efforts with promotional events.
- Analyze sales processes, financial offers, contract terms, and supply chain challenges.
- Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Monitor market and competitor activities and provide relevant reporting.
- Negotiate and liaise internally and externally to build profitable, sustainable relationships.
- Attend and present at customer and company meetings.
