Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrated editorial taste and ability to produce compelling content for both human readers and LLMs.
- Expertise in SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.
- Deep understanding of how answer engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) evaluate and surface information.
- Proficiency as an LLM power user for drafting, research, and content synthesis.
- Experience managing content production workflows, quality control, and editorial pipelines.
- Strong judgment in applying human oversight to AI-generated content, especially for YMYL (Your Money Your Life) financial topics.
Responsibilities
- Build content that ranks on Google and earns citations in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
- Develop and operate the content production system from brief to publish, including LLM prompts, QA gates, and human-edit checkpoints.
- Own editorial strategy across Jerry.ai and external channels to drive organic traffic and customer acquisition.
- Set and enforce editorial standards, including sourcing claims and ensuring accuracy for YMYL financial content.
- Track AI-citation and traffic targets to impact growth.
- Manage one direct report, AI agents, and a freelance editorial bench.
