Requirements

7+ years of experience in content and editorial roles.
3+ years leading an SEO-driven content program at a consumer, fintech, insurtech, or marketplace brand.
Proven experience building and shipping a real AI-assisted content pipeline in production.
Hands-on command of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for research and drafting.
Fluency in SEO and content tools such as Sitefire, Surfer, Clearscope, MarketMuse, or Frase.
Expertise in GSC, Semrush, Ahrefs, and GA4.
Experience managing at least one direct report and/or a freelance team.
Deep understanding of YMYL (Your Money Your Life) content standards and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrable history of growing organic traffic and scaling content output.
Portfolio demonstrating strong editorial judgment, voice, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Own Jerry's editorial strategy across jerry.ai and external platforms, including roadmap and resource allocation.
Design and manage the AI-native content production workflow, including LLM prompts, QA gates, and human editorial checkpoints.
Execute AEO strategies to capture traffic and citations from AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
Set and enforce E-E-A-T standards for YMYL finance content, ensuring factual accuracy and transparent sourcing.
Manage content output metrics, specifically focusing on customer conversion, traffic targets, and AI citation presence.
Develop and mentor a direct report and a freelance writing team while continuing to produce editorial content personally.
