Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in community management or organic social media.
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing or regulated categories is preferred.
- Expertise in platform-specific communication styles, specifically for Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.
- Understanding of SEO principles.
- Knowledge of how LLMs cite sources.
- Proven ability to create engaging content for complex or high-stress product categories.
- Ability to build scalable systems for content strategy.
- Strong writing tone that avoids corporate-speak.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Develop a playbook for community participation, including guidelines for posting, replying, and engagement timing.
- Grow and nurture active, trusted subreddits for the brand.
- Develop content and engagement strategies that scale while maintaining authenticity, utilizing AI tools where beneficial.
- Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure cross-channel consistency.
- Measure key performance metrics including sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation effectiveness.
