Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance and operational roles.
- Track record of building strategic financial models that translate operational initiatives into financial impact.
- Experience implementing, administering, or optimizing FP&A planning systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Planful).
- Expertise in configuring P&L reporting, scenario planning, and data model structuring.
- Experience creating C-suite and Board-level reporting materials.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proactive approach to risk management and cross-functional alignment.
- Experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support company-wide financial planning processes, including long-term strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reconciliation.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders as a primary finance point of contact.
- Drive business unit and functional financial forecasts to track business performance.
- Contribute to the evolution of FP&A systems, reporting processes, and operating leverage.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and investment analysis.
- Create reporting materials for C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
