Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations and technical consulting engagements.
- Strong knowledge of ITOM processes and platform architecture.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and MID Server.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Lead technical design and architecture across Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management modules.
- Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and MID Server.
- Perform platform customizations using JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot complex ITOM issues and provide resolutions.
