Requirements

  • Proven experience leading large, multi-workstream engagements involving transformation, migration, modernization, or enterprise-scale programs.
  • Ability to lead engineering teams while managing trusted relationships with executive client stakeholders.
  • Strong experience operating in a leadership-focused architecture role rather than solely as an individual contributor.
  • Deep expertise in AI solution architecture, including agentic systems, multi-agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Experience with Azure AI technologies, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365/Graph integrations.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture concepts, including embeddings, vectorization, retrieval pipelines, Microsoft Fabric, and enterprise data grounding.
  • Knowledge of identity, security, and governance practices, including Entra ID, RBAC, OAuth flows, permission models, MCP governance, and secure AI deployment approaches.
  • Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs and connecting AI solutions with ERP, CRM, and business applications.
  • Familiarity with LLMOps practices, including evaluation frameworks, telemetry, confidence thresholds, guardrails, and production monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the technical vision, architecture, and solution standards across multiple engagements within strategic accounts.
  • Consolidate concurrent projects into a coordinated delivery approach with clear technical direction and priorities.
  • Guide engineering teams by establishing architectural standards, reviewing approaches, and ensuring solutions meet client requirements and quality expectations.
  • Partner with program leadership to manage sequencing, dependencies, delivery risks, and portfolio execution.
  • Serve as the primary technical partner and trusted advisor for executive-level client stakeholders.
  • Lead technical discussions, communicate complex concepts clearly, and influence strategic technology decisions.
  • Support active AI solution delivery by contributing senior-level architecture expertise between major engagements.
  • Drive best practices across AI engineering, enterprise integration, security, governance, and production readiness.
  • Ensure AI solutions are designed with appropriate monitoring, evaluation, reliability, and scalability considerations.
