Requirements
- Deep expertise in .NET (C#) and TypeScript/Node.
- Sophisticated understanding of React.JS and modern JavaScript architecture.
- Proficiency with writing automated tests (e.g., Selenium or Playwright).
- Proficiency with event-driven development and microservices.
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of multi-threading and asynchronous operations (async/await).
- Understanding of the test pyramid (unit, integration, and E2E) and SDLC stability.
- Demonstrated ability to own technical outcomes and manage technical debt.
- Experience partnering with Product Management to surface technical constraints and risks.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical vision and direction for your domain to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical bottlenecks using debugging tools.
- Champion Agile ceremonies and workflows to ensure iterative delivery and high velocity.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain coding standards and provide constructive feedback.
- Integrate AI-driven development tools such as Claude Code for coding, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Serve as the technical lead by identifying skill gaps, driving growth plans, and mentoring junior to senior engineers.
