Requirements
- Seven or more years building production-grade software applications.
- Strong expertise in modern frontend development (React or similar frameworks), including state management, performance optimization, and component architecture.
- Deep understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience building full stack applications, including backend development in one or more languages (Python preferred).
- Experience deploying containerized services (Docker + Kubernetes preferred).
- Experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) with the ability to rapidly become a GCP expert.
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of client-facing SaaS experiences that provide insight into campaign execution and lead outcomes.
- Drive data quality, consistency, and traceability across systems to ensure outputs are trusted and defensible.
- Innovate in last-mile delivery, including client workflows, exports, and formats used for case preparation and court filings.
- Develop modern, responsive user interfaces and reusable component patterns.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and client stakeholders to translate real-world workflows into intuitive software experiences.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs that power client-facing functionality.
- Champion engineering excellence and mentor aspiring engineers.
