Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience on lifecycle marketing teams owning strategy, infrastructure, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple MarTech tools (CDP, messaging platforms, CRM).
  • Proficiency with AWS services including Lambda, S3, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or JavaScript).
  • Experience with API development, webhooks, and RESTful integration patterns.
  • Practical experience with Braze or Hightouch.
  • Strong SQL proficiency for data validation and pipeline troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate processes and build internal tools.
  • Evidence of system design thinking to architect scalable solutions.
  • Strong technical communication skills to bridge marketing, engineering, and product teams.
  • Background in healthcare, digital health, or high-consideration consumer products.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing engagement platform architecture including journey design, segmentation, and campaign logic.
  • Design and scale lifecycle automations across acquisition, enrollment, and retention.
  • Partner with CDP and data engineering to define data mapping and behavioral event instrumentation.
  • Lead cross-team coordination to align communication strategies and implement orchestration rules like frequency caps.
  • Develop and maintain Python-based scripts and automated jobs on AWS infrastructure (Lambda, S3, Step Functions, EventBridge).
  • Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to scale operations and content personalization.
