Requirements

  • Minimum of seven years of experience in HR consulting, organizational development, workforce analysis, or related management consulting roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced education in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Public Administration, Business Administration, or Change Management.
  • Expertise in strategic HR assessment, HR transformation, operating model design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Proven ability to design and execute assessment methodologies and create actionable implementation plans.
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, interviewing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines in a consulting environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience working directly with clients and leadership teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% to client locations across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive HR and organizational assessments to evaluate structures, processes, workforce models, service delivery approaches, and policies.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives focused on HR effectiveness, organizational design, governance, workforce planning, and operational performance.
  • Design and execute assessment activities, including interviews, surveys, focus groups, workshops, and data analysis.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, risks, challenges, and opportunities for transformation.
  • Develop high-quality consulting deliverables such as assessment reports, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Partner with clients to develop HR, workforce, and change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Facilitate client discussions, leadership briefings, and working meetings to drive alignment.
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables while maintaining strong execution across multiple engagements.
