Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including VP, Head of HR, or senior Director roles.
- Demonstrated success in scaling HR functions in high-growth, transformative, or operationally complex environments.
- Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, employee relations, and risk mitigation.
- Experience implementing HRIS and digital people analytics tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and executive advisory skills.
- Proven ability to influence leaders across technical, operational, and executive functions.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or hardware environments preferred.
- Familiarity with government-contractor or regulated-industry HR environments preferred.
- Master’s degree, MBA, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR credential preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a holistic HR strategy aligned with the company's mission and growth objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on workforce planning, organizational health, and leadership capability.
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning efforts across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions.
- Champion a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and develop HR controls appropriate for a regulated aerospace and defense environment.
- Implement and optimize HRIS and people analytics to support data-informed decision-making.
- Act as a trusted executive coach and lead major change management efforts during organizational scaling.
