Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Meaningful experience building HR programs at an early-stage or high-growth company with fewer than 250 employees.
- Strong understanding of job architecture, position management, job leveling, and compensation philosophy.
- Working knowledge of multi-state employment law and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience advising senior leaders on organizational design and workforce planning.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive results without direct authority.
- Strong project management, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
Responsibilities
- Build the HR function and serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on organizational effectiveness and talent strategy.
- Partner with business leaders to align people initiatives with organizational objectives and operational priorities.
- Design and implement core HR programs, policies, and workflows, including performance management, job leveling, and compensation structures.
- Ensure HR compliance with security and regulatory commitments, including SOC 2, CJIS, and HIPAA requirements.
- Lead the company's recruiting strategy and oversee the hiring lifecycle.
- Manage and develop the current HR Generalist.
- Drive change management and cultural norms during periods of rapid growth.
