  • Proven career progression in business development within the Invoice Finance industry.
  • Track record of building high-value, trust-based, and long-lasting relationships.
  • Strong understanding of SME lending.
  • Proven track record in generating new income opportunities.
  • Experience managing credit risk.
  • Demonstrated history of exemplary customer service.
  • Strong commercial judgement and ability to structure new lending proposals.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • High level of personal accountability and a bias toward action.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing introducer relationships while building new ones.
  • Drive income in line with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Support customers through the end-to-end process from lead qualification to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the wider distribution, credit, and payment operations teams.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities for Kriya and Allica Bank services.
  • Ensure excellent service for all introducers, potential customers, and professional counterparties.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the commercial business plan.
