- Proven career progression in business development within the Invoice Finance industry.
- Track record of building high-value, trust-based, and long-lasting relationships.
- Strong understanding of SME lending.
- Proven track record in generating new income opportunities.
- Experience managing credit risk.
- Demonstrated history of exemplary customer service.
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to structure new lending proposals.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- High level of personal accountability and a bias toward action.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture existing introducer relationships while building new ones.
- Drive income in line with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Support customers through the end-to-end process from lead qualification to onboarding.
- Collaborate with the wider distribution, credit, and payment operations teams.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for Kriya and Allica Bank services.
- Ensure excellent service for all introducers, potential customers, and professional counterparties.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the commercial business plan.
