Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading marketing strategy.
- Proven experience in brand building, positioning, or repositioning of a large brand.
- Strong foundation in product marketing with experience blending creative storytelling and data-driven approaches.
- Deep understanding of mobile marketing KPIs (e.g., CPI, IPM, TAM) and player lifecycle strategies.
- High comfort level with marketing data, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholders without direct authority.
- Ability to turn insights into actionable marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with studio goals and player needs.
- Define clear positioning, messaging, and audience strategy to differentiate the game in the market.
- Lead brand-building efforts to strengthen top-of-funnel metrics and increase long-term player value.
- Partner with IP holders to align marketing strategy and creative direction with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product, user acquisition, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Conduct ongoing competitive and audience research to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
- Mentor and develop the product marketing team to foster professional growth.
