Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing $10K+ monthly ad budgets.
  • Demonstrated experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance analysis.
  • Experience directing or assisting with media creation for digital campaigns.
  • Previous experience in an agency environment managing multiple accounts.
  • Google Ads certification.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Google Data Studio or Looker Studio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of accounts.
  • Meta Blueprint certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
  • Manage multiple client ad accounts simultaneously with full ownership of results.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
  • Design and execute A/B testing strategies for copy, creative, and landing pages.
  • Monitor performance daily and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Create monthly performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client meetings.
