Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital product management, digital strategy, enterprise technology, or related leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale digital platforms and customer-facing products.
- Strong expertise in digital product strategy, roadmap development, portfolio management, and product governance.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and product-based delivery models.
- Deep understanding of enterprise system integration, platform architecture, governance practices, and vendor management.
- Experience operating in complex, regulated, and security-focused environments.
- Strong business, financial, and budget management capabilities.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in security, safety, monitoring, facilities, or other field-based service industries is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year digital product vision and roadmap aligned with enterprise business objectives.
- Lead digital product portfolio strategy by prioritizing initiatives based on business value, customer impact, risk, cost, and technical requirements.
- Establish product success metrics, value realization frameworks, and reporting processes to measure the impact of digital investments.
- Oversee planning, intake, prioritization, and delivery of digital product initiatives across websites, portals, and enterprise platforms.
- Translate business needs into product strategies, roadmaps, epics, and actionable delivery plans.
- Guide agile product delivery processes, ensuring predictable releases, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure digital products integrate effectively with enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, data platforms, and third-party solutions.
- Partner with architecture, cybersecurity, quality assurance, and release management teams to maintain secure, scalable, and compliant digital solutions.
- Build and lead high-performing product teams, including product managers, business analysts, and design professionals.
