Requirements
- Experience building products in cross-disciplinary teams.
- Use of iterative development approaches driven by user feedback and data.
- Commitment to providing a high-quality user experience.
- Interest in building performant, secure, and scalable web experiences.
- Ability to design and build UI that facilitates user task completion.
- Experience diving deep into dashboards and metrics to inform decisions.
- Experience working in a large front-end codebase with multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of prioritization to balance development velocity and code quality.
- Proficiency with modern component-oriented JavaScript applications.
- Experience with frameworks and libraries such as React, Vue, Angular, Flow, Typescript, or Webpack.
- Strong desire to learn and share knowledge with team members.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the public-facing monzo.com website.
- Ensure website scalability for international expansion.
- Build and maintain the organization's component library.
- Maintain the content management system.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-disciplinary peers.
- Identify and scope opportunities for impactful projects.
- Contribute to every stage of the product development lifecycle.
- Own the development of new features from start to finish.
- Work with engineers to build functionality to support new frontend features.
