Requirements
- Técnico/a Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales qualification.
- Specializations in Occupational Safety and Ergonomics, and Applied Psychosociology.
- Experience implementing and managing health and safety programs.
- Experience scouting, onboarding, and managing vendors or partners.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to map processes.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Growth mindset with problem-solving and task-prioritization capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and communicate proactively.
- Industrial Hygiene knowledge is a plus.
- Experience working remotely is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Labor Risk Prevention services for Remote Spain and advise on other countries.
- Draft and implement global Occupational Health and Safety policies in collaboration with Legal and People teams.
- Scout, engage, and manage vendors, training partners, and health centers globally.
- Analyze vendor quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage performance via assessments.
- Drive team objectives including cost-effectiveness, service excellence, and compliance.
- Manage and track departmental budgets for procured services.
- Support customers and employees with health assessments and safety training queries.
- Lead country-level Occupational Health and Safety audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and project progress reports.
- Investigate incidents related to occupational health and safety challenges.
