Responsibilities

  • Manage lead follow-ups, confirmation SMS, and outbound calls to new and existing leads.
  • Handle inbound customer calls, missed calls, and customer satisfaction follow-ups.
  • Support scheduling by managing calendars, booking jobs in Aroflo, and handling reschedules.
  • Maintain accurate customer and job records within the CRM system.
  • Perform administrative duties such as preparing cancellation letters and assisting the broader service team.
