Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, operations, consulting, or customer-focused roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Leadership, Human Centered Design, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience building measurement frameworks and executive-level dashboards.
- Advanced analytical capabilities using BI tools and CRM data.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority.
- Strong business judgment and experience connecting experience metrics to revenue outcomes.
- Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills.
- Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Experience performing financial analysis related to operational outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own analysis of client sentiment and performance data across NPS, CSAT, churn, renewals, support interactions, and account health.
- Identify systemic breakdowns, recurring experience failures, and emerging risk patterns.
- Design and evolve the client experience measurement framework, including leading indicators of retention and expansion.
- Build dashboards and executive-level reporting to translate data into actionable business implications.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence cross-functional priorities.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Operations to optimize key lifecycle stages.
- Synthesize qualitative feedback from call reviews and audits into actionable recommendations.
