Requirements

  • 7+ years enterprise sales experience
  • Experience in complex sales, solution selling, and strategic accounts leadership
  • Proven track record of successful solutions-oriented sales
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota
  • Services sales experience selling through a channel environment
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • Prior sales experience in Microsoft services and solutions is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate, close and win new business and existing customer extensions through excellent sales execution
  • Design and implement regional & industry-based market strategies for Atmosera’s solution offerings
  • Identify and develop relationships with key corporate C-level and Senior Leadership representatives
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted and mutually beneficial relationships with Microsoft Field Representation
  • Learn and understand business and technical requirements of clients to sell effective solutions that drive business value
  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including lead identification, scope construction, and proposal development
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast accuracy
  • Drive client awareness across Azure-focused service lines
