Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience supporting DLA, DoD, or federal logistics, sustainment, and supply chain.
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, business development, capture management, or strategic growth.
- Strong understanding of DLA's mission and objectives.
- Proven ability to identify and grow business opportunities within existing client environments.
- Experience coordinating with operational, technical, and acquisition stakeholders across complex organizations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with DLA J3, Distribution, Energy and Troop Support.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer engagement regarding modernization, warehouse operations, and enterprise technology initiatives.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new SAP business opportunities aligned with DLA mission objectives.
- Support capture planning, pipeline development, and opportunity shaping across multiple DLA organizations.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to develop customer-aligned solutions and technical approaches.
- Provide leadership with strategic insights into customer priorities, operational risks, and growth opportunities.
