Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of consulting experience.
- Proven experience with contaminated sediment investigation and remedial design.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing project management.
- Proven experience in proposal development.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand client relationships to meet business growth goals.
- Develop compelling proposals and deliver client-focused presentations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Provide strategic advice on risk, regulatory, and stakeholder considerations.
- Partner with project managers to support successful project execution from pursuit to completion.
- Maintain technical knowledge of sediment management regulations.
- Mentor team members and contribute to internal growth initiatives.
