Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in an agency environment.
- Professional background in digital marketing tactics focused on websites.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Experience managing brand launch projects.
- Working knowledge of the medical/regulatory/legal (MRC) submission process.
- Familiarity with Veeva or similar submission software.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise project briefs and manage scope documentation.
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to translate data into brand strategy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse functional and project teams.
- Experience in rare disease brand launches is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily account operations for assigned pharmaceutical brands, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to timelines.
- Build and sustain relationships with key clients by aligning agency efforts with their business goals.
- Develop project briefs and Statements of Work (SOWs) based on input from delivery teams and subject matter experts.
- Monitor revenue, track budgets, and manage scope changes in partnership with account leadership.
- Interpret client and medical/regulatory/legal feedback to guide strategy, creative, and technical teams.
- Lead tactical meetings and manage the medical/regulatory/legal (MRC) submission process.
- Provide mentorship and potential management for Account Executives or Senior Account Executives.
