Requirements
- 5–10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proven success selling SaaS, cloud platforms, analytics, or data solutions.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in enterprise organizations.
- Consultative selling skills with the ability to align solutions to strategic objectives.
- Experience engaging executive-level decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, and VPs.
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems and data platforms like Snowflake, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of geospatial, GIS, environmental, or climate analytics solutions is an asset.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional, and remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive net-new customer acquisition by prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise accounts to meet ARR targets.
- Develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Engage senior executives including C-level and VPs to position value-driven solutions.
- Lead complex consultative sales cycles involving technical evaluations and commercial negotiations.
- Partner with solutions engineering and product teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Collaborate with sales development teams to generate pipeline via cloud ecosystems and partnerships.
- Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes like operational efficiency and risk reduction.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and account plans using CRM tools.
- Support initial customer onboarding to ensure successful implementation.
