Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven success selling SaaS, cloud platforms, analytics, or data solutions.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in enterprise organizations.
  • Consultative selling skills with the ability to align solutions to strategic objectives.
  • Experience engaging executive-level decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, and VPs.
  • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems and data platforms like Snowflake, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of geospatial, GIS, environmental, or climate analytics solutions is an asset.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional, and remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new customer acquisition by prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise accounts to meet ARR targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Engage senior executives including C-level and VPs to position value-driven solutions.
  • Lead complex consultative sales cycles involving technical evaluations and commercial negotiations.
  • Partner with solutions engineering and product teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales development teams to generate pipeline via cloud ecosystems and partnerships.
  • Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes like operational efficiency and risk reduction.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and account plans using CRM tools.
  • Support initial customer onboarding to ensure successful implementation.
