Requirements
- 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience with a record of success in net-new customer acquisition.
- Proven success in outbound hunting and pipeline generation within enterprise environments.
- Experience selling SaaS, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, or technical solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems and marketplaces like Snowflake, GCP, and Azure.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders at the C-suite and VP level.
- Expertise in consultative solution selling tied to operational performance and risk reduction.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Architects, and Product leaders.
- Strong understanding of modern SaaS, workflow automation, and data sharing.
- Must be located in and eligible to work in the US or Canada.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations within North America.
Responsibilities
- Execute a strategic outbound prospecting, qualifying, and closing methodology to win new accounts and drive recurring ARR growth.
- Engage senior technology and business leaders to position weather intelligence as a driver of resilience and competitive advantage.
- Partner with Partner Operations and Sales Development to maximize pipeline velocity across cloud platforms.
- Lead consultative sales cycles involving cloud-native platforms, risk mitigation, and operational decision support.
- Translate weather data insights into measurable business value for enterprise prospects.
- Maintain 90-day ownership of newly closed logos to ensure successful technical integration before transitioning to the account management team.
- Conduct disciplined pipeline management and stakeholder mapping to ensure visibility across decision-makers.
