Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in product management roles.
  • Experience managing aviation software platforms, connectivity solutions, cloud services, networked systems, or similar technical products.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end software systems, service reliability, scalability, and performance monitoring.
  • Proven experience owning platform, infrastructure-adjacent, or enterprise software products.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and architecture teams on complex technical solutions.
  • Strong product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Experience with distributed systems, networking, edge computing, or cloud architectures is an asset.
  • Familiarity with airline operations, onboard systems, or passenger experience platforms is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development for connectivity platforms, onboard software, session management, terminal optimization, and digital experience capabilities.
  • Translate business and customer objectives into platform-level capabilities, APIs, services, and measurable product outcomes.
  • Define platform requirements related to performance, reliability, scalability, usability, and long-term lifecycle management.
  • Own product requirements, success metrics, feature planning, prioritization, and ongoing platform improvements.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to design capabilities supporting digital products such as entertainment platforms, partner applications, portals, and future services.
  • Prioritize enhancements focused on platform availability, reliability, performance, and extensibility.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and ecosystem stakeholders to ensure platform compatibility and continued evolution.
  • Represent customer needs by acting as the voice of airlines, passengers, crew members, and operational users.
  • Use analytics, adoption insights, and operational data to guide roadmap decisions and continuous improvements.
