Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, healthcare, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing projects or programs within a commercial, medical, education, or aesthetics environment.
- Experience developing educational programs, healthcare initiatives, or professional development content.
- Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently lead initiatives while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience working with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, or expert faculty members.
- Knowledge of healthcare education standards, ethical guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Strong digital capabilities, including experience with Canva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and online platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
- Valid passport required.
Responsibilities
- Support the strategic development and execution of assigned educational programs for advanced and faculty healthcare professional audiences.
- Transform program concepts into detailed execution plans, including audience targeting, faculty selection, content development, and speaker preparation.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to establish pre-program and post-program action plans.
- Partner with international teams to leverage existing educational content while adapting best practices for local needs.
- Act as the on-site lead for live and virtual educational programs, coordinating faculty, clinical teams, sales representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Define and monitor program KPIs focused on advancing professional knowledge, improving skills, and supporting better patient outcomes.
- Manage digital education initiatives, including online content development, social media initiatives, and digital platform optimization.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment.
