Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and measure performance.
  • Experience working across multiple regions and markets with an understanding of global campaign execution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with sales, marketing, and operational teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, customer journeys, and revenue-focused campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end account-based marketing execution, including account selection, intent data activation, engagement tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Build and maintain target account lists using firmographic data, intent signals, and pipeline insights in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Design and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns aligned with business growth objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Manage and optimize ABM platforms to ensure successful adoption and effective usage across regional teams.
  • Plan and support programmatic and display advertising campaigns, collaborating with paid media teams on targeting, creative execution, and budget management.
  • Support marketing automation initiatives, including campaign workflows, nurture journeys, and automated engagement programs.
  • Partner with revenue operations and data teams to improve campaign processes, data quality, and reporting capabilities.
  • Deliver regular reporting on ABM performance, account engagement, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline contribution.
