Requirements

  • Proven track record of executing ABM programs globally.
  • Expertise with Demandbase or similar ABM platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, campaign workflows, and reporting.
  • Ability to plan and execute targeted programmatic and display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong skills in campaign performance tracking and translating data insights into action.
  • Familiarity with diverse sectors including Local Government, Health and Social Care, Education, Central Government, and Emergency Services.
  • Experience working across UK, US, and APAC markets.
  • Comfort working in evolving martech stack environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for internal and external collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end account-based marketing execution using Demandbase, including selection, intent data activation, and engagement tracking.
  • Build and maintain target account lists in collaboration with sales and marketing partners using firmographic data and intent signals.
  • Design and orchestrate multi-channel ABM campaigns aligned with commercial motions.
  • Act as the primary owner of the Demandbase platform, managing onboarding, adoption, and regional optimization.
  • Plan and execute programmatic and display advertising campaigns in collaboration with the Paid Media and Social Manager.
  • Support the build and execution of automated campaigns and nurture workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Provide regular reporting on ABM engagement, account penetration, and campaign performance to stakeholders.
