Requirements

  • 6–8 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in strategy, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, market research, or marketing operations within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong experience conducting primary, secondary, and tertiary market research.
  • Hands-on experience using SQL to generate reports, perform analysis, and produce insights.
  • Familiarity with sales intelligence and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, RocketReach, Lusha, or Tracxn.
  • Experience identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) across multiple customer segments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets.
  • Experience conducting market, industry, financial, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with experience leading multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • MBA from a leading institution or a technology/engineering degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing and Go-to-Market leadership teams to develop strategic priorities, operational plans, and growth initiatives.
  • Analyze complex business challenges using qualitative and quantitative research to deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Design and execute primary and secondary research projects for marketing strategy, product development, and brand positioning.
  • Conduct market sizing, forecasting, customer analysis, competitive benchmarking, and industry research.
  • Develop and maintain account intelligence strategies to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Manage marketing databases, ensuring data quality and enrichment.
  • Utilize CRM platforms, including Salesforce, to manage data and generate reports.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and strategic insights using SQL and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, GTM Strategy, Finance, and Operations.
