Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar creative role.
- Fluent spoken and written English skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Strong conceptual and storytelling skills.
- Solid expertise in 2D animation including typography, transitions, and characters.
- Experience working on social media projects.
- Strong creative sensibility and interest in pop culture.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable working directly with clients.
- Ability to adhere to internal processes and follow brand guidelines.
- Capacity to accurately prepare files for various platforms and conduct pre-production checks.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce animated and static content for formats like Instagram Reels, Snapchat, and DOOH.
- Oversee the full production process including briefing, concept development, storyboarding, and execution.
- Utilize existing assets and stock imagery to create relevant, up-to-date content.
- Perform occasional retouching and photo-manipulation.
- Present and pitch creative ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Project Managers.
- Ensure consistency and compliance with brand visual identity.
- Deliver final assets according to technical specifications.
