Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma: expert level from layout design to component management.
- Professional Graphic Design experience with a solid portfolio of clean, on-brand work.
- Reliability and consistency in execution and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent English communication skills for understanding briefs and explaining design choices.
- Experience in Brand Strategy or the Real Estate industry (nice-to-have).
- Proficiency in Portuguese (nice-to-have).
- Experience with Slack for team communication (nice-to-have).
- Multi-disciplinary skills in web design, motion graphics, or video editing (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Execute a consistent queue of design tasks including branding assets, social media graphics, print materials, and floorplans.
- Adapt and build out marketing collateral within Figma based on established brand guidelines.
- Manage light web design and presentation work to support client launches.
- Handle revisions quickly and accurately, ensuring feedback is implemented with minimal back-and-forth.
- Maintain highly organized file structures and workflows within Figma to ensure seamless team collaboration.
- Communicate daily with leadership to track progress on deliverables and meet strict deadlines.
