Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, sales consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in SaaS or renewable energy technology.
  • Hands-on experience with asset management, renewable energy markets, or portfolio management.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience leading client workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept projects.
  • Ability to navigate application administrative interfaces independently.
  • High level of autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passionate about sustainable energy and the energy transition.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical engagements as an expert during the sales process.
  • Conduct customized demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept projects tailored to client needs.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of product trials including technical setup and data collection.
  • Lead responses to RFPs and RFIs and draft technical proposal components.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on commercial process optimization.
  • Evaluate prospect product extension requests and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with the product team to translate client feedback into actionable feature enhancements.
