Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong production experience with Scala.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience developing production-grade backend applications.
- Ability to work effectively across both Scala and Python codebases.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
- Experience with automated testing, version control, code reviews, and CI/CD.
- Good understanding of scalable and maintainable software architecture.
- Ability to independently analyze technical problems and propose practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an international engineering team.
- Fluency in Polish (C2).
- Advanced level of English (B2/C1).
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and extend backend services using Scala and Python.
- Design and implement scalable functionality across an existing SaaS platform.
- Build and expand AI-powered features within the product.
- Integrate internal and external AI services through APIs, including LLM-based platforms.
- Design reliable and maintainable integrations between platform services and external systems.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented production code.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
- Ensure the quality, scalability, performance, and security of implemented solutions.
- Support CI/CD processes and modern software development workflows.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve the stability of existing services.
