Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience within healthcare, medical-surgical (MedSurg), or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading or managing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of generating or managing $30M+ in annual gross sales.
  • Proven experience taking a sales organization from 1 to 100.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare procurement and medical/pharmaceutical sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams and scaling revenue operations.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Zoho or equivalent sales management systems.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Iterate and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities to drive double-digit annual sales growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Business Development Representatives and Account Managers.
  • Establish scalable sales processes, performance goals, KPIs, and compensation structures.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and cycle efficiency to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Develop relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and support high-value negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and improve service delivery.
