Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales expertise in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Experience targeting and closing contracts with personal injury attorneys and law firms preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales enablement technologies
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve and exceed targets
  • Ability to travel domestically
  • JD preferred
  • Experience in digital marketing or SaaS a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including outbound outreach, referrals, and industry events
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, ensuring a consultative and client-focused approach
  • Present and demonstrate our agency services to prospective clients (attorneys and law firms)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including deal stages, activities, and client communications
  • Establish trust and credibility with prospects and clients by delivering value and exceptional service
  • Partner with account managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless client onboarding experience
