Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business operations, people operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
  • Proven experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong executive judgment with high maturity and ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong systems thinking and a practical, hands-on operating style.
  • Advanced project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with ability to handle both strategic and tactical work.
  • Ability to work independently in a scaling company environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve day-to-day operational processes supporting company execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across GTM, product, and operations teams.
  • Manage operational rhythms, executive updates, and planning processes such as OKRs and headcount.
  • Support people operations including recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Administer legal and contract operations, including MSAs, DPAs, and corporate governance records.
  • Prepare executive communications, internal memos, and organizational documentation.
  • Oversee equity administration and security compliance readiness in partnership with leadership.
