Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business operations, people operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Proven experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong executive judgment with high maturity and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments.
- Strong systems thinking and a practical, hands-on operating style.
- Advanced project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with ability to handle both strategic and tactical work.
- Ability to work independently in a scaling company environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve day-to-day operational processes supporting company execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across GTM, product, and operations teams.
- Manage operational rhythms, executive updates, and planning processes such as OKRs and headcount.
- Support people operations including recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Administer legal and contract operations, including MSAs, DPAs, and corporate governance records.
- Prepare executive communications, internal memos, and organizational documentation.
- Oversee equity administration and security compliance readiness in partnership with leadership.
