Requirements
- Experience managing remote teams and holding staff accountable to KPIs.
- Strong background in project management and cross-functional coordination.
- Proficiency in process management, including SOP creation and documentation.
- Experience working with Scrum/Agile methodologies and daily stand-ups.
- Demonstrated ability to manage up and support visionary, Type A executives.
- Experience in performance management, including hiring and termination recommendations.
- Strong task management skills using frameworks like the Eisenhower Matrix.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for data consolidation and reporting.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the remote team, ensuring everyone stays accountable to their KPIs.
- Conduct daily Scrum/stand-up meetings to identify accomplishments, priorities, and blockers.
- Oversee projects from planning through execution, coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Own and improve operational workflows, SOPs, and internal knowledge base.
- Manage up effectively, helping leadership prioritize initiatives using structured decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs and team performance, preparing executive scorecards and reports.
