Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing.
- Deep, expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience building and scaling lifecycle programs for multiple audiences.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to define audience strategies and measure performance against core business KPIs.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders ranging from executives to individual contributors.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation for members, brokers, and providers.
- Translate business goals into quarterly and annual lifecycle roadmaps for each audience.
- Define key customer journey moments and design strategies to improve engagement, retention, and outcomes.
- Establish frameworks for audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Own lifecycle performance measurement, defining KPIs and establishing test-and-learn programs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, managing architecture, governance, and the martech roadmap.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of lifecycle marketing and operations professionals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Data, Product, IT, and Compliance to align lifecycle strategies with business goals.
