- 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, consumer PR, or integrated communications.
- Significant brand-side experience with a track record of building programs that move business metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to build influencer programs that deliver best-in-class EMV.
- Strategic PR experience building brand narratives and earning coverage.
- Deep data fluency with experience building frameworks and interpreting performance signals.
- Experience managing influencer and PR agencies at a senior level.
- Hands-on experience with CreatorIQ required.
- Executive-level communication skills to influence cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Proven leadership experience in developing talent and high-performing team cultures.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.
Responsibilities
- Set the long-term vision and strategic direction for the global influencer marketing program.
- Design and implement a next-gen creator framework to foster genuine, lasting creator advocacy.
- Manage influencer and PR agency relationships, setting tactical standards and holding partners accountable.
- Elevate PR from a reactive channel to a proactive brand equity engine that champions the company's founder-led story.
- Build measurement infrastructure to track EMV, share of voice, and brand health signals.
- Manage and develop an Influencer Marketing Specialist.
- Represent the influencer and PR function in cross-functional planning and leadership forums.
