Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a project or programme management role delivering complex on-prem or cloud software projects.
- Proven ability to generate exceptional client experiences and outcomes on complex initiatives.
- Ability to work with little assistance or guidance while embodying leadership capabilities.
- Experience owning internal and external escalations and prioritizing team tasks.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage several tasks or projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Flexible, decisive, and capable of handling difficult situations calmly.
- Proficiency in project management software and workflow tools such as Wrike and Smartsheet.
- Related tertiary education or a Project Management qualification.
- Strong knowledge of cinema operations or experience with Vista software is highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating the entire project life cycle from inception to completion.
- Build Statements of Work, manage project risks, track change control, and coordinate with project teams to ensure successful execution.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects within agreed contract and budget constraints.
- Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while setting realistic expectations for objectives and product enhancements.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and status reports, providing clarity on task ownership and delivery timelines.
- Prioritize requests and provide concise direction to project delivery teams.
- Monitor project time and report on KPIs, including task completion, budgets, rework rates, and actuals versus expected outcomes.
- Learn and understand clients’ business models, operations, and industry processes.
