Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Backend Developer with a focus on architectural decision-making.
- Strong proficiency in PHP (5+ years) and modern frameworks like Symfony (7/6/5).
- Experience with Node.js (2-3 years) for scalable backend services and API development.
- Advanced knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Demonstrable experience with HTML5 (5+ years) and JavaScript (4+ years).
- Experience with iPaaS platforms such as n8n.io, Boomi, or Workato.
- Proven track record of client-facing technical delivery and project scoping/costing.
- Deep understanding of HubSpot products and platform APIs.
- Experience working in a distributed or remote environment.
- Knowledge of architectural patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build HubSpot solutions: data migrations, CRM implementations, custom UI extensions, workflows, and system integrations.
- Act as the primary technical expert during pre-sales, discovery, and scoping calls with US clients.
- Translate business requirements into accurate technical specifications, development hours, and cost estimates.
- Review API documentation and identify technical risks to ensure solution feasibility before commitment.
- Provide code reviews and QA for the US pod to maintain high standards of code quality and maintainability.
- Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with the global Backend Development team to ensure alignment with shared standards.
