Requirements
- 5 years of professional sales and business development experience in mobile ad tech, digital marketing, e-commerce, or non-gaming app industry.
- Proven track record of large client development, account expansion, and full-cycle sales management.
- In-depth understanding of the APAC e-commerce ecosystem, non-gaming app business models, and user acquisition strategies.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin for daily business communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
- Strong ability to build relationships with mid-to-large e-commerce brands and app developers.
- Excellent business negotiation, presentation, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Strong goal orientation and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in international ad tech, internet, or cross-border e-commerce enterprises is a plus.
- Existing mature client resources in APAC e-commerce or non-gaming app verticals are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and onboard high-value enterprise clients in the APAC e-commerce and non-gaming app verticals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, needs analysis, solution pitching, negotiation, to contract closing.
- Develop and execute localized sales and BD strategies for APAC markets to achieve revenue growth.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients through regular business reviews and customized solutions.
- Coordinate with internal product, operation, and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign optimization and project delivery.
- Track and analyze industry trends to output market analysis reports and enhance brand influence.
