Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Programme or Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and when to apply them.
- Strong Account Management skills, with a desire to grow relationships with existing and new clients.
- Track record of consistently high performance.
- Analytical approach with evidence of using data to inform decisions.
- Proven experience of running benefits realisation processes within projects.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable navigating complex organisations and building networks across multiple teams.
- Degree qualification (2:1 or above preferred).
- Quantitative background (maths, economics, engineering, physics) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple NHS implementation projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption of the Isla platform.
- Streamline delivery processes to make them repeatable, efficient, and client-friendly.
- Measure and demonstrate the impact of Isla’s platform on healthcare services.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues and supporting ongoing adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams to remove blockers and ensure delivery excellence.
- Run product demos and map out next steps with prospects.
- Provide input on company strategy and help steer key decisions from a delivery perspective.
